As a Production Planner, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role is vital in coordinating various aspects of production to meet deadlines, maintain quality, and optimize resources.

Responsibilities

• Machine planning in injection molding production, along with control and detailed planning of production orders via SAP.
• Track and monitor production quantities and deadlines, adjusting the production schedule as needed.
• Plan the supply of external and internal control components.
• Schedule samples of new tools and coordinate preventive maintenance with specialist departments.
• Support the creation and tracking of delivery schedules for project orders, monitor production inventories, and clarify any inventory deviations. Assist with the annual cut-off date inventory, correct minus lists and incorrect postings in SAP, and maintain SAP master data, including security stocks, lot sizes, and parts lists. Accompany and support audits and participate in projects aimed at optimizing our internal and external supply chain.

Your profile

• Completed subject-specific vocational training of at least three years.
• Several years of professional experience and additional specialized further training.
• Extensive professional experience in production planning and proficiency in SAP, particularly in the context of production planning.
• A high level of commitment with an independent and structured approach to work.
• Fluent in German and English.
