Your Responsibilities

You will install and commission our custom-built special-purpose machines worldwide—including functional testing and acceptance
You will conduct training sessions directly at the customer’s site and clearly explain the operation, maintenance, and unique features of our systems
You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing systems—partly remotely and partly on-site
Working closely with R&D and Service, you document your assignments and provide valuable feedback for product optimization
You are the technical face of our company at the customer’s site—solution-oriented, communicative, and technically competent

Your Profile

You have completed vocational training or a degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation technology, or hold a comparable qualification—e.g., as a state-certified technician (m/f/d)
Ideally, you have several years of experience with special-purpose machines, automation systems, or complex facilities
You are skilled in working with electrical, mechanical, and control systems
You find international travel (approx. 50%) exciting—you present yourself confidently and professionally worldwide
You already have several years of experience working with special-purpose machines
You hold a valid Class B driver’s license Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are a given for you
Your work style is structured, customer-oriented, and solution-focused
