Support Operations Administrator (Fully Remote)

• Maintain tools, templates, and communication channels for support operations.
• Create training videos, SOPs, and support form content.
• Manage outage alerts and status page updates.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the full communications template library.
• Create self-help training videos and configure support tool flows.
• Partner with Technology to send internal outage alerts and manage Teams alert channel.

Job Qualifications:

• 3+ years in customer support or support operations.
• Experience with incident communications and support platforms like Zendesk.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
