About the Position

Reporting directly to the Support and Project Team, this position is responsible for providing technical support to customers as well as implementing Zennio project solutions according to defined processes, with the goal of ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop project programming and implementation, including coordinating and validating technical specifications with the customer, as well as creating project documentation.
• Design and validate the commissioning of showroom/mock-up rooms in cooperation with the operations team to demonstrate customer‑specific solutions.
• Validate and ensure technical support, maintenance, and handling of inquiries throughout the entire lifecycle of projects and products.
• Structurally record identified requirements and potential areas for improvement and report them to the project and product department.
• Design and develop integrations with local software systems in cooperation with the headquarters team.
• Guide new team members during onboarding, as well as maintain and further develop internal work processes.
• Propose and develop technical support measures for the sales team during the pre‑sales phase.
• Validate new products and solutions by conducting beta tests.
• Investigate and research new technologies, standards, and trends in the field of building automation (KNX, DALI, IP networks).
• Propose and develop technical training measures for customers, partners, and integrators in the German market.

Professional Qualifications

• Technical training in the field of electronics with further qualification as a technician, master craftsman, or equivalent.
• Alternatively: A completed degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, potentially as a system integrator or in a comparable position.
• Sound knowledge and experience in the field of KNX / building automation.
• Knowledge of DALI.
• Experience in network configuration.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
• English language skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning.
