Job Overview

Syngo.via Clinical Education Specialist – responsible for delivering expert technical training, customer excellence, and representing Siemens Healthineers. Reports to Director of Education for Syngo within the Education Services Organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide Syngo.via application training and consulting, including workflow analysis, best practice recommendations, super user and end‑user training.
• Knowledge and use of Syngo.via and 3D advanced processing.
• Travel to customer sites (up to 90% travel required).

Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• ARRT certification required.
• Experience delivering multi‑modality clinical education, training, and workflow optimization across MRI, CT, and MI.
• Experience with multi‑modality advanced visualization systems for diagnostic image review, dynamic image processing, and archiving.
• Knowledge of HIS/RIS/PACS integration and 3D post‑processing workflows.
• Strong customer‑facing communication and presentation skills; ability to engage diverse clinical audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel Monday through Friday.

Benefits

Base pay range: $89,220 – $122,672. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, long‑term and short‑term disability, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time.
