SYSTEM ENGINEER – CAR ACCESS & VEHICLE MONITORING (M/F/D)

In this System Engineer role you design advanced automotive systems for next-generation vehicle access and sensing features. You’ll shape scalable system concepts and work with global teams to align requirements with development standards. • Develop scalable, future-proof system concepts for evolving market needs
• Analyze and manage system requirements to ensure alignment with processes and standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers on evaluation, integration, and implementation
• Coordinate with international software and hardware teams in a global development network

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or comparable field
• 5+ years of experience in system engineering, preferably automotive
• Strong expertise in electronics, signal processing, and/or function development
• Experience with UWB and/or radar-based systems
• Hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink and/or Python
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional, international teams
• Fluent in English; German at least B1 desirable
