System Engineer / Technical Product Manager (f/m/d)

As a Technical Product Manager and System Engineer in the SSC, you will shape next‑generation sensor and signal conditioning solutions for industrial and automotive markets. You will translate customer and market needs into clear specifications and collaborate across functions to ensure successful product definitions and development. You’ll drive early validation, support NPI, and contribute to strategic innovation with external partners. • Support technical product definition from concept to Design Phase
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to capture and implement customer requirements
• Create and maintain CRS and system documentation through the lifecycle
• Translate customer/market needs into technical specifications
• Engage with customers to identify pain points and develop solutions
• Develop system know‑how to spot emerging applications and opportunities
• Contribute to innovation by collaborating with research institutions and evaluating publications/patents
• Perform competitive analysis with Application Engineering and Product Marketing
• Collaborate with Design Engineering during NPI projects to streamline product definition

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in semiconductor or related领域
• Customer‑oriented with strong collaboration and results focus
• Understanding of sensor applications in industrial, automotive, medical and consumer markets
• Experience or familiarity with MEMS based pressure sensing technologies (highly desirable)
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
