System Engineer – Windows

• Manage, maintain, and further develop customers’ Microsoft environments, both on-premises and in the Microsoft Cloud


• Provide support remotely and, where required, on-site


• Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding planned projects, incidents, and technical questions


• Work with customers in the greater Hamburg area; no long-distance business travel


• No on-call duty

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification; career changers with strong IT skills are also welcome


• Solid professional experience with Microsoft on-premises or Microsoft 365 products


• Passion for and experience with Microsoft environments


• Experience with Active Directory, WSUS, DNS, Exchange, and file services


• Experience with Microsoft cloud services such as Exchange Online, Azure AD Connect (AADC), Protection Plans, or Intune


• Experience with virtual servers running on Hyper-V and VMware


• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken


• Class B driver's license


• Willingness to travel within the greater Hamburg area
