System Integration Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you will own the system-level integration and testing strategy across global centers, driving KPI-driven quality and delivery improvements. You’ll lead test equipment strategy, NPI readiness, and continuous improvement, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure robust operations. Your work helps optimize throughput, stability, and product transfer readiness while shaping test processes and tool concepts. This is a hands-on role focused on measurable impact in a high-variance electronics environment.

• Manage KPI reporting and root cause analysis to drive product-level improvements and transparency across stakeholders
• Own equipment accountability for GIC test and integration equipment, including maintenance plans and verification systems
• Provide operational support and drive continuous improvement to test, debug, and repair processes to boost throughput and stability
• Define GIC test strategy and manage product integration into system-level testing, including NPI readiness and transitions to production

• Degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or comparable field
• Experience in test engineering, system integration, or manufacturing engineering
• Knowledge of production test environments and equipment
• Experience in development of printed circuit assemblies and end-to-end manufacturing of high-level electronic assemblies preferred
• Strong analytical skills including root cause and pareto analysis
• Ability to work cross-functionally in global teams
• Strong communication skills in English and German
