Become a part of our friendly team at our location in Hamburg as a System Integration Package Manager (all genders).

  • Own grid code compliance and OT security delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead the integration of electrical, control, and communication systems across wind turbines, offshore substations, cables, SCADA, and grid connections.
  • Manage technical interfaces and ensure system requirements are met from design and procurement through installation and commissioning.
  • Develop system-level design requirements and technical specifications in line with grid and certification standards.
  • Coordinate integration activities with engineering teams, OEMs, EPC contractors, and certification bodies.
  • Lead design reviews, technical risk assessments, and issue resolution across disciplines.
  • Review testing protocols and oversee system-level validation, including FAT, SAT, SCADA integration, black start, and LVRT testing.
  • Support final system acceptance and drive standardisation, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.

Your profile:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in offshore wind or large-scale energy projects with a focus on electrical system integration or package management.
  • Strong understanding of the full offshore wind electrical system, including design, operation, and integration challenges.
  • Proven experience in technical interface management and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Familiarity with system testing, grid compliance, and certification processes.
  • Structured and pragmatic approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally in line with project requirements.
