System Administrator / System Engineer (m/f/d) – Microsoft Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure
Permanent Position | Full-time | Babenhausen
Do you want to not only operate Microsoft 365 and traditional IT infrastructures, but also actively develop them further? Then you’ve come to the right place.
In this role, you will ensure the stable and secure operation of our hybrid IT environment consisting of Microsoft 365 and on-premises systems, and you will continuously develop it further together with the team.

Your responsibilities

• You will manage and administer our customers’ Microsoft 365 environment and hybrid IT
• You will ensure secure and structured identity and access management
• You will operate and optimize our on-premises infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization)
• You will support the expansion of security and compliance solutions in the Microsoft environment
• You will analyze issues in 2nd-level support and ensure sustainable solutions
• You will document systems in a traceable manner and contribute to the further development of standards and best practices

You have

• Experience in administering Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Experience with on-premises infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory)
• Understanding of hybrid environments (e.g., AD Connect, identity synchronization)
• Knowledge of virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V or VMware)
• Experience in 2nd-level support and structured troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of network technologies (routing, switching, VLANs)
• Basic understanding of IT security and compliance in modern IT environments
