Systems Engineer - Channel (m/f/d)

In this Channel Systems Engineer role, you enable Nutanix partners to adopt our solutions and run Proofs of Concept. You’ll build trusted partnerships, act as a technical evangelist, and collaborate on the technical sales process. You’ll create and deliver partner trainings, contribute to go-to-market materials, and coordinate with regional teams on enablement and demand generation. This role combines remote work with regional travel (up to 50%), driving partner success and revenue targets.

• Support partners in adopting Nutanix portfolio and running PoCs
• Build long-term partner relationships and act as trusted resource
• Collaborate with partners to identify prospects and assess product capability
• Deliver technical product presentations and training to partners/customers
• Create partner-facing go-to-market documents and enablement materials
• Coordinate with regional and field teams for pre/post-sales alignment
• Plan and manage demand generation campaigns with partners
• Participate in technical events (conferences, blogs, etc.) with partners
• Learn new technologies and share knowledge with the team and partners
• Act as technical evangelist for products within channel partners
• Travel within the region up to 50%

• 3+ years in Sales Engineering or reseller experience with a track record of customer adoption of technology
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of virtualization and storage markets; design capabilities
• Experience selling servers, storage hardware, enterprise software, or networking
• Ability to translate channel partner objectives into technical enablement plans
• Ability to train and motivate partners to exceed revenue targets
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in German and English for business conversations
• Innate ‘whatever it takes’ attitude to support revenue targets
