Stellenbeschreibung:

In this role, you will provide technical leadership for the development and lifecycle management of X-ray tubes, generators, and their subcomponents. • Lead system integration and verification, including the management of requirements, interfaces, and deviations through to system readiness.
  • Own technical and product risk assessments, define mitigations, and implement relevant medical standards and regulatory requirements – working across functions and with suppliers to continuously improve quality, reliability, and manufacturability.

You should bring the following:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field, with 5–10 years of relevant R&D experience.
  • Strong expertise in high-voltage X-ray generator design, power electronics, embedded systems, digital control, or X-ray tube technology.
  • Solid knowledge of physics, mechanical and electrical design, with strong analytical and systems architecture skills.
  • Experience with requirements management tools and systems engineering methodologies.
  • Proven technical leadership experience, with excellent stakeholder management, networking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Business-fluent in English and German, with the ability to manage complexity, influence stakeholders, and drive results.

The base salary range for this role is €118,606–€121,210. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
