As a Senior IT/OT System Administrator & Security Specialist (gn*), you are the digital architect on our shop floor. You bridge the gap between the stable IT world and our state-of-the-art production machines. Whether it’s implementing international security standards like IEC 62443, strategically planning our OT infrastructure, or seamlessly integrating SAP with MES: You ensure that our production never comes to a standstill and remains protected against cyber risks.

Areas of Responsibility

• Administration of production-related systems (server + client)
• Development and maintenance of emergency and recovery plans for OT
• Handling of orders and malfunctions in the OT environment
• Connection of production machines and OT assets to the respective network
• Administration of remote maintenance access for external companies
• Administration of the asset, vulnerability, and change management system

• Development of concepts; in particular, operational, procurement, and security concepts within the framework of an OT organization
• Development, implementation, and compliance with OT security measures (IEC 62443, NIS, and other relevant standards)
• Selection and definition of systems, as well as selection and management of system providers and services
• Point of contact (gn*) for integration between SAP and MES systems

• Establishing and ensuring communication (information exchange) between manufacturing, service, plant maintenance, mechanical engineering, and IT
• Promotion of cybersecurity and proactive risk management

• Planning and execution of projects (including business case)
• Consulting and technical support for projects

• Completed degree or vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (gn*) with relevant further training
• Good knowledge of OT or the IT support environment
• Ideally, knowledge of manufacturing/production processes
• Good English skills
• Analytical and independent work style
