System/Solution Architect, Oracle EBS

Create scalable architecture blueprints for NCFMS modules aligned with federal financial standards
Oversee integration of financial databases, cloud services, and web applications
Enforce federal security controls including NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP compliance requirements
Coordinate with agency program managers, financial analysts, and cybersecurity teams to resolve system bottlenecks
Support Operations and Maintenance services for the Department of Labor's New Core Financial Management System
Support continuous improvement of financial management services and ensure system performance, security, and availability
May attend meetings in person at DOL headquarters in Washington, DC

Requirements

12+ years in enterprise-scale solution architecture, specifically with federal financial or large-scale Oracle ERP systems
Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Expertise in database administration (Oracle/SQL)
Expertise in modern API microservices
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 or 6 clearance
All performance must occur within the continental United States
Accessing DOL Government Furnished Equipment or logging into the DOL network from outside the United States is prohibited without proper authorization
Experience with DOL NCFMS or large federal Oracle EBS implementation
Agile delivery experience
AI-focused experience or interest
Good communication skills
