What you'll do

• Lead recruitment for the US R&D center, focusing on Software Engineering, AI, Data, Infrastructure, Security, Product, Blockchain, and Trading Technology.
• Develop strategies to attract top technology talent from leading companies, fintechs, AI organizations, and research communities.
• Cultivate long-term talent pipelines and networks within key US technology hubs.
• Identify opportunities to utilize US talent to enhance global technology and innovation efforts.
• Collaborate with global technology leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and critical hiring priorities.
• Serve as a consultant on talent availability, hiring strategies, market competitiveness, and organizational growth.
• Provide insights on US technology talent trends, compensation, competitor activity, and emerging talent pools.
• Conduct talent mapping within target companies and engineering communities.
• Manage executive and niche technology searches, driving direct sourcing and executive search initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment delivery meets business priorities, hiring targets, and service level agreements.
• Manage multiple strategic searches concurrently while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Enhance hiring effectiveness, recruitment processes, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or with a top recruitment firm.
• Proven experience recruiting for technology roles including Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Product, Blockchain, and Trading Technology.
• Experience recruiting within technology, fintech, digital platforms, financial services, quantitative trading, HFT, or cryptocurrency sectors is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of the US technology talent market and its key ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in executive search, direct sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and influence senior leaders as a trusted talent advisor.
• Good business understanding to translate talent insights into hiring strategies and recommendations.
• Experience supporting global hiring and working across different time zones.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent communication skills for global stakeholder engagement.

• Experience recruiting for low-latency systems, exchange infrastructure, and quantitative technology teams.
