Talent Acquisition Specialist (all genders) – Talent Retention & Event Management

In this role you join BCG’s Consulting Recruiting team in Germany and Austria within Talent Retention, shaping programs that engage high-potential students and convert them into hires. You’ll own events and the FAST FORWARD program for former interns, partner with stakeholders, and drive process improvements and data-driven insights. You’ll also support onboarding and coach junior colleagues. This position offers cross-border teamwork in Munich or Düsseldorf and a path to visible impact in talent strategy.

• Own the FAST FORWARD program content and its evolution
• Plan and deliver engaging events (virtual to in-person)
• Manage end-to-end candidate conversion to full-time hires (intake, contracts, post-offer follow-up)
• Improve recruiting processes, systems, and tools; enhance candidate experience
• Provide KPI-driven insights to support decision-making and serve as sparring partner for stakeholders
• Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses from concept to execution
• Support onboarding and mentor/junior colleagues by sharing best practices

• Technical college degree in HR management or business psychology (preferred)
• Some experience in a similar role, especially in professional services
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
