Tax Advisor PE Funds | US & EU Compliance

As Tax Advisor PE Funds, you will support US and EU tax compliance for private equity investments and other private market structures. You will advise on CRS/AEOI, fund structures, and reporting, acting as a technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and investors. You’ll help drive process improvements and ensure accurate K-1 reporting and investor disclosures. This role sits at the intersection of tax, funds, and cross-border regulatory regimes, offering meaningful impact in a global asset management context.

• Support US tax compliance and reporting for private equity investments and private market structures
• Advise on CRS/AEOI and US tax matters affecting funds and investors
• Review complex fund structures for US tax compliance and regulatory alignment
• Provide input on US tax reporting requirements, including K-1 schedules and disclosures
• Support fund structuring, launches, and ongoing operational tax matters
• Serve as technical contact for internal stakeholders and investors
• Identify, assess, and manage US tax risks and compliance obligations
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the function

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law, Taxation or Economics; LL.M. is advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of CRS/AEOI and US taxation for private market funds
• Experience with CRS and US tax compliance of fund investments
• Professional experience with a Big Four or international tax consultancy
• Interest in international tax matters such as fund structuring and tax reporting
• Analytical mindset with multitasking ability
