Responsibilities

• Participate in the tax determination, filing, and external disclosure for subsidiary tax compliance, assist the tax BP in preparing data and documents, and support timely, accurate, and error-free tax filing.
• Assist the tax BP in preparing data related to tax compliance, such as data source check and data preparation in tax determination, filing, and disclosure.
• Assist the tax BP in preparing documents related to tax compliance, such as receiving tax payment certificates and archiving documents.
• Assist in sorting manual settlement data of intercompany transactions and application submission.
• Regularly summarize and analyze the related data and document related work, build up experience, and assist in local process optimization.

Requirements

• Education background in bachelor's degree and above, major in Finance and tax.
• Have general knowledge of basic tax knowledge.
• Have general knowledge of the processes, work instructions, and IT systems related to tax determination, filing, and external disclosure.
• Have general knowledge of the relationship between related front-end processes and systems and tax operations.
• Be able to independently execute processes and resolve issues in standard and some complex business scenarios.
• Be able to independently identify and manage front-end business controls that affect the quality of tax data.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, multi-language skill is considered an advantage.
