Tax Reporting Manager

Nebius is seeking a Tax Reporting Manager to join our Global Tax function and lead US income tax reporting for Nebius. This newly created role supports the growth of our US operations and helps build a best‑in‑class tax organization. The position is based in the United States and reports into the Tax Reporting team in Amsterdam. The candidate will play a central role in quarterly and annual financial reporting processes, SEC disclosures, and the global tax compliance framework. The role involves ownership of the US income tax reporting function within a high‑growth, publicly traded technology company, with exposure to a complex international structure including GILTI, FDII, BEAT.

Responsibilities

• preparing and reviewing the US income tax provision under ASC 740
• cross‑functional collaboration with Accounting, Treasury and Legal
• analyzing US tax impact of international provisions (GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, BEAT, FTC)
• analyzing real estate tax considerations (FIRPTA, transfer taxes)
• designing and maintaining SOX‑compliant internal controls over US income tax reporting
• managing external auditors
• overseeing US federal and multi‑state income tax compliance
• drafting US tax forms and registrations
• monitoring new US and international tax legislation
• driving process improvements using NetSuite and tax provision technology

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Taxation (MST) or equivalent
• minimum 5+ years of progressive corporate income tax experience (Big4)
• strong knowledge of US federal/state tax including international provisions
• ASC740 and SEC reporting experience for a public company
• excellent communication skills
• a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• experience with SOX and external audits
• in‑house experience at a US‑listed multinational
• NetSuite experience
• data/automation tooling proficiency

Pay Transparency

Base Compensation Range is $111,900 – $139,800 USD; compensation is determined by experience, skills and geographic location.
