Tax Treasury Manager

We are supporting a private equity-backed business in Frankfurt to appoint a Senior Tax & Treasury Manager. Following significant international growth, the business is investing in its finance infrastructure and bringing greater ownership of tax and treasury in-house.

This is an opportunity to shape two business critical areas while working closely with the CFO, senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading group tax strategy, compliance and reporting
• Managing corporate and international tax matters
• Overseeing cash-flow forecasting and group liquidity
• Managing banking relationships, financing and covenant reporting
• Driving working-capital and cash-management initiatives
• Supporting transfer pricing and cross-border tax matters
• Developing tax governance, controls and reporting processes
• Working with external advisers, auditors and banking partners

We are looking for someone with strong tax expertise and meaningful exposure to treasury, financing or cash management. Experience within an international, private equity-backed or rapidly scaling organisation would be particularly valuable.
