In this role, you’ll lead an Account Management team responsible for building strong relationships with key partners. You’ll help them grow their business on the platform while ensuring your team delivers outstanding support and results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Managers to achieve high performance
- Set clear objectives and track progress to ensure consistent delivery of results
- Act as a key contact for strategic partners, developing plans to drive long-term growth
- Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement initiatives to increase partner success, including revenue growth strategies
- Drive upselling and cross-selling activities to maximise partner potential
- Improve team processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Use digital tools and data insights to guide decision-making and strategy
- Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience leading a team, or readiness to step into a leadership role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and productivity tools
- Interest in or knowledge of the food, hospitality, or platform industry is beneficial
- Fluency in German and English
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within your region
