Team Lead Data Analytics (m/w/d)

I’m partnering with one of Europe’s fastest-growing travel-tech companies to find a (Senior) Team Lead Data Analytics to lead a high-impact, established Analytics team in Munich.

This is far more than a traditional people-management role. You’ll lead and develop a team of experienced analysts while remaining hands‑on with SQL, Python and modern AI tools. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how Analytics evolves in an AI-native environment and build scalable data products that influence decisions across the business.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, turning complex commercial and product questions into actionable insights, robust analytics solutions and measurable business impact.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in Data, Product or Business Analytics
• Previous people-management experience, or substantial mentoring and technical‑leadership experience
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders
• A product and business‑first mindset
• A track record of translating business problems into analytical solutions with measurable impact
• Practical experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor or similar
• A passion for building scalable data products, not simply reports and dashboards

Location: Munich - hybrid working, with two office days per week
