Team Lead – Field Sales

• Lead and manage a motivated field sales team focused on acquiring restaurant partners


• Ensure suitable restaurants are onboarded and drive growth for Lieferando


• Act as the central interface between the field sales team and the Head of Field Sales at HQ


• Contribute to sales targets and develop appropriate sales strategies


• Support the team with pitches and provide on-site coaching during regular market visits


• Organize trainings and team meetings


• Continuously improve and optimize sales processes
