As Team Lead Order Management – Products, After Sales & Execution Support, you will lead a team that enables successful project execution through efficient operational processes, strong support functions, and high-quality system and data management.

You will drive the continuous development of the organization by establishing clear structures, defining standards, and building a high-performing execution support team. Working closely with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other key stakeholders, you will streamline cross-functional collaboration, reduce operational complexity, and help create the foundation for scalable project execution and outstanding customer service.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead, develop, and empower a multidisciplinary team covering Products, Project Order Processing, After Sales & Returns, Export & Logistics, and Execution Support (SAP, Processes & Data)
  • Ensure stable, efficient, and scalable operational processes while strengthening execution support capabilities and enabling Project Managers to focus on project leadership
  • Establish clear organizational structures, responsibilities, accountability, and standardized processes to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Drive digitalization, automation, effective SAP utilization, and high-quality master data and reporting to improve productivity and scalability
  • Further develop After Sales processes, enhance customer experience across the product lifecycle, and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and customer focus
  • Act as a key cross-functional stakeholder manager, optimizing interfaces between Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain to improve long‑term organizational performance

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Long-term professional experience in Order Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Execution, or a comparable industrial environment
  • Proven experience in establishing structures, standardizing processes, and improving operational efficiency; experience with SAP and data-driven operational processes is essential
  • Leadership experience or strong leadership potential with a demonstrated ability to develop teams and drive organizational performance
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance business continuity, process improvement and transformation initiatives
  • Strong execution mindset focused on delivering sustainable business results, combined with excellent German and English communication skills
