What you bring to the table

A degree with very good grades in computer science, natural sciences, or a comparable technical field is required
Several years of professional experience in software development (at least 4 years) & ideally some initial leadership experience
Solid knowledge of at least two programming languages (e.g., PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript) as well as experience working with relational databases
Practical experience with modern frameworks such as Symfony and/or React
Experience in DevOps, particularly with automation and configuration management (e.g., using Ansible)
You enjoy developing and are characterized by team spirit and a commitment to quality
Very good German language skills (C1), team spirit, and a desire to work on-site in the office

Your responsibilities include

The technical and disciplinary leadership of a development team
The continuous development of your team members through collaborative leadership
You shape the technical guidelines for sustainable conventions and architectures within the leadership team
You develop and design processes and their automation
Developing new features and enhancing existing ones with high quality and rapid implementation
Optimizing, scaling, and further developing the overall architecture of your division
You will assume overall responsibility for the IT systems in your division (software, servers, availability)
