Team Lead Group Talent Acquisition

Stellenbeschreibung:

Develop and implement a global TA strategy aligned with business objectives, workforce plans and future growth requirements.
Global owner and subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting, driving the continuous optimization, governance and enhancement of the system and related recruitment processes.
Ensure global recruitment processes and practices comply with applicable legal, regulatory and data protection requirements, including relevant local and international employment and privacy regulations.
Monitor, analyze and further develop global recruitment KPIs and metrics; prepare management reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize and automate recruitment processes and lead relevant global TA projects and initiatives from concept through implementation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensure alignment with business needs and recruitment priorities.
Monitor international recruitment trends, market developments and emerging technologies and translate relevant developments into innovative and practical TA solutions.
Lead and develop the lean Group Talent Acquisition team.
