For our Global IT division at our headquarters in Wiesbaden, we are looking for a Team Lead – Sales Applications (f/m/d) to lead our Sales Applications team and act as the central IT partner for our global sales organization.

Disciplinary management of the Sales Applications Team in Wiesbaden
Technical leadership of virtually extended team members in Barcelona, Spain
IT business partner and main contact for worldwide sales departments
Central service responsibility for all IT solutions with process relevance in Sales
Continuous alignment of requirements and process improvements
Establishment of a global community for IT standards within Sales
Evaluation of technology trends and derivation of potential for action and innovation

What We Expect

Degree in engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience leading IT teams, preferably in sales applications
Ability to steer consulting, development and operations
Deep knowledge of sales processes and applications, especially Salesforce and SAP SD
Experience in consulting and requirement analysis for international sales
Service‑oriented and user‑centered mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate topics to stakeholders
Professional proficiency in English and German
