Team Lead People Operations (m/f/d)

In this role, you lead the Germany People Operations service and support team, ensuring high-quality HR service delivery and end-to-end employee lifecycle management. You will co-create processes with cross-functional hubs and contribute to European initiatives as the team scales. You will drive the HR digital transformation journey, exploring AI-enabled approaches to scale People Operations. Based in Berlin or Munich, you will grow into broader European leadership while maintaining a hands-on, people-first leadership style.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Germany Service & Support team (4–5 FTE) with clear performance, quality, and workload governance
• Own HR service quality, SLA compliance, and end-to-end employee lifecycle delivery for German entities
• Co-create and continuously improve HR operations with Excellence HQ and CoEs
• Contribute to European-level initiatives and cross-country projects; build relationships with local POMs
• Lead involvement in cross-functional HR transformation projects; explore tooling and automation for scale

• 7+ years in HR Operations or People Services
• 2+ years in a lead or senior role in a high-volume environment
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of German employment law and HR administration
• Proven track record as a people leader and coach
• Interest in expanding to multi-country European operations
• Process thinker with curiosity about AI/automation in People Ops
• Fluent English; fluent German is a strong plus
