Overview

As Team Lead Production & Logistics, you guide a ~20-person team to ensure high-quality seed preparation and equipment handling across crops. You’ll balance disciplinary leadership with hands-on support, securing resources and enabling continuous process improvements. You collaborate with R&D, the Business Unit, and the Elite Seed Warehouse leadership to optimize resource allocation and leverage synergies. This role combines technology, teamwork, and strategic oversight to shape efficient seed logistics. You’ll lead in a family‑run, growth‑oriented environment that values reliability and open communication.

Zentrale Anforderungen

Vocational training with master craftsman qualification or a degree in business administration, agriculture, mechanical engineering, or comparable subject
Several years of experience in an industrial company, ideally in logistics or a blue-collar environment
Some leadership experience is a plus
Good knowledge of business topics and MS Office proficiency
Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel ~10%
Strong decision-making, open and respectful communication, and ability to handle conflicts transparently
