Your Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the Production Planning team, including task allocation and overall responsibility management
• Support the Production Planning team in day-to-day operations
• Monitor and optimize processes within Production Planning and Warehouse Management
• Act as Key User during the implementation of SAP S/4HANA
• Regularly review and maintain relevant master data related to Production Planning
• Ensure cross-functional communication and collaboration with Sales, Purchasing, and Production
• Develop and establish a warehouse control center including a KPI-based performance management system
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

What We Are Looking For

• Certified Master Craftsman/Technician with commercial knowledge, alternatively a qualified Business Administrator (IHK) or a comparable qualification
• Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA
• Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics
• Initial leadership experience
• Good written and spoken English skills
