Team Lead SDR | Hybrid in Berlin | Fluent German required | 3 stage process | €70-€90k OTE

I am working with an AI based business in Berlin who need a leader to join their sales team, who can not only lead from the front, support the team and taken on a lot of ownership of their sales division.

I am looking for motivated individuals who want to join a supportive environment, a fun environment, but someone who wants to take their career to that next level.

They are proven as a business and a sales team due to their success over the last few years. People also earn a lot more than the initial OTE but that is a good gauge.

Skills

• Fantastic knowledge of full sales life cycle
• Led teams in the the past (size less important)
• Interested in coaching and development - want to support the team
• Promoted more junior consultants in the past
• Hired sales people in the past
• Experienced in B2B Sales
• Solid data knowledge and monitoring team performance

• 3 stage interview process
• Berlin office
• hybrid working, ideally more time in the office than at home
• AI Start up - profitable
