What You'll Do: Ability to lead by example and aim to create a positive and enjoyable working environment for all team members Take care of escalated issues when necessary; Investigate and respond to issues raised by a client and provide timely feedback Meet the targets, Service Level, KPI’s, Quality, etc.
Proactively propose improvements, optimizations and provide feedback in processes and ways of working Be involved in the recruitment process, training, development and engagement of the team Performing supervisory duties including scheduling, reporting to management, supervision, prioritizing workloads and delegating tasks What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales Previous leadership experience (Team Lead, Supervisor, or Senior Sales role with coaching responsibilities) Fluency in German and good command of English Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset Excellent communication and coaching abilities Target-oriented, self-driven, and solution-focused approach What We offer: Relocation Bonus: €1,500 Gross (paid in 2 instalments)
