• Du verantwortest den stabilen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb unserer zentralen IT-Plattformen und Services.
• Du führst das Team Technology Platform Operations und steuerst interne Ressourcen sowie externe IT-Dienstleister.
• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management und koordinierst kritische IT-Störungen.
• Du stellst Servicequalität, Verfügbarkeit, Performance sowie Monitoring, Backup und Recovery sicher.
• Du steuerst Provider, Service Levels und Budgets und sorgst für die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Plattformservices.
• Du entwickelst unsere Cloud-, Microsoft-365-, Integrations- sowie Data-&-AI-Plattformen gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und IT-Partnern weiter.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud Operations oder IT Service Management.
• Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID und Microsoft 365 mit.
• Du kennst ITIL-orientierte Betriebsprozesse wie Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Service-Level-Management.
• Du hast Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister sowie idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung.
• Du überzeugst durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
