Team Leader MCA (m/f/d)

As Team Leader MCA, you coordinate the installation and assembly of basic wiring harnesses for the H145 on Airbus Helicopters' Donauwörth site, leading up to 25 technicians. You ensure safe, on-time production while driving quality and continuous improvement. You work with cross-functional teams to meet schedules and standards, shaping reliable electrical assemblies in a high-precision aerospace environment. This role offers impact through hands-on leadership and process optimization within a world-leading electrical systems company.

• Lead and develop a team of up to 25 technicians and operators
• Ensure adherence to schedules, priorities, and production lead times
• Maintain full production traceability and daily progress tracking
• Drive SQCDP routines, quality standards, and HSE/5S policies
• FOD prevention and non-conformity reporting
• Facilitate effective communication with Safran and Airbus management
• Contribute to process improvements and site objectives

• Technical degree (aerospace, electrical engineering, or related field)
• Experience in aerospace production and electrical wiring installation
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
• Good communication abilities; English and German an advantage
• Ability to perform under high workload and support onboarding
