Team Leader SCM (f/m/x)

In this role, you will lead warehouse and production supply activities to ensure smooth material and information flows. You’ll coordinate internal operations and external warehouses in a cross-functional, international setting. You’ll drive continuous logistics improvements across the supply chain and manage external providers, costs, and performance metrics. You’ll work closely with adjacent departments to shape efficient, scalable production and logistics processes, enabled by SAP and dashboards.

• Lead warehouse and production supply areas with ~40 employees; ensure material and information flow and manage external warehouses
• Plan and optimize personnel deployment; coach and motivate staff in day-to-day operations
• Drive continuous improvement of logistic processes across the supply chain with cross-functional collaboration
• Manage external logistics providers and oversee costs, quality, and performance indicators in logistics

• Completed studies in logistics or a comparable qualification (e.g., master craftsman or logistics specialist)
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the automotive industry
• Strong affinity for production systems and understanding of logistical interrelationships
• Structured, independent working style with decisiveness and assertiveness
• Excellent communication skills; proficiency in MS Office; SAP R/3 and English language skills are advantageous
