Team Leader for Server Management / IT Administration (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader for our Server Management team who will lead our IT infrastructure into the future with enthusiasm and a spirit of innovation. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Server Management team. Together with the team, you will ensure that our server environment always operates stably and securely. With your enthusiasm for modern technologies and innovative approaches, you will drive the continuous development of our systems.

• You have completed vocational training in the IT field or hold a comparable qualification with professional experience in a relevant position
• You bring experience in the operational coordination of technical teams (e.g., task management, prioritization) and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• You possess strong communication skills, particularly when collaborating and interacting with your own team
• You are able to develop and coordinate technical solutions and concepts (e.g., target architecture, migration/modernization concepts, standardization) and provide operational support for their implementation (planning, coordination, follow-up)
• You have a strong sense of responsibility for ensuring IT operations and protecting systems and information
• You have in-depth knowledge of server management and experience with large server environments (Windows/Linux, virtualization, storage, backup, patch management)
• You have experience using monitoring and automation tools to optimize IT operations
• You have knowledge of IT security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI Basic Protection)
• You have experience implementing and monitoring security policies and emergency plans

• a structured approach to work and the ability to organize teamwork in a goal-oriented manner, as well as experience in introducing and managing continuous improvement processes
• Experience in developing technical solutions and concepts (e.g., target vision/architecture, modernization, standardization, automation) as well as in supporting implementation through to operational deployment (planning, coordination, change/migration management)
• Knowledge of security incident management and experience in helping to shape security-related policies, processes, and guidelines
• Knowledge of network architectures, preferably in telecommunications technology
