In this role you drive frontend architecture within your area, shaping strategic frontend decisions and aligning with BFF solutions. You establish standards, optimize design systems, and enhance accessibility and performance. You lead modern engineering practices, automation, and CI/CD, while guiding technical delivery to align with product goals. You support the growth of frontend engineers and collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams. This is an opportunity to influence scalable frontend solutions in a cross-functional, agile environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Define and drive frontend architecture within your area of responsibility
Set engineering standards, guidelines, testing strategies, and quality measures
Drive component reuse and evolution of the design system, accessibility, and frontend performance
Promote modernization practices, automation, and CI/CD processes
Plan and steer technical delivery of initiatives and align roadmaps with product goals
Support growth and development of frontend engineers and contribute to recruitment
Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Backend, Platform Engineering, and Architecture

several years of software engineering experience with a frontend focus
proven track record leading technical teams and developing engineers
solid understanding of modern software architectures and distributed systems
experience with microservices, API design, and event-driven architectures
