A leading, internationally operating logistics company specializing in the pharmaceutical industry, located in the Main-Kinzig district, is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to strengthen its team. Leadership Responsibilities: You will lead and motivate a team of quality experts efficiently and in compliance with regulations, drawing on your extensive leadership experience. Quality Decisions & Customer Relations: You will make quality-related decisions and communicate with partners. You will bring strong customer experience with global pharmaceutical giants, as well as experience in conducting Quality Business Reviews (QBRs). Logistic Flow Products: You will actively work with our Logistic Flow products and have a direct view of their operational processes. GxP Compliance & Release Processes: You will ensure compliance with all GxP regulations, with a strong focus on managing and optimizing release processes. Document review & process monitoring: You will review incoming goods documents (CoA, CoC), monitor transport temperatures, and maintain warming times for refrigerated products. Audits and documentation: You will represent the quality department during audits/inspections, create/review SOPs, and process relevant documents.

Ausbildung und Erfahrung: Ausbildung/Studium im pharmazeutisch-naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich sowie mehrjährige Pharma- oder QA-Berufserfahrung (idealerweise Distribution).
Kunden- & Produkt-Know-how: Starke Kundenerfahrung mit großen Pharmagiganten, Routine in Quality Business Reviews sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Logistic Flow Produkten und komplexen Release Prozessen .
Fach- & Führungskompetenz: Fundierte Führungserfahrung, ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im GMP/GDP-Umfeld und dem AMG.
Sprachen & IT: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, sehr gutes Englisch sowie versierter Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP (QM-Module).
