Job Description

Team Lead Data Center (m/f/x) at Mörfelden‑Walldorf. Initial contract one year, with potential long‑term development.

• Team Coordination & Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of Data Centre Associates by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, ensuring efficient, safe work.
• Technical Execution & Support: Support installation of server racks, hardware components, cabling, guide team through technical activities.
• Material & Inventory Management: Organise, inspect, track incoming materials, maintain inventory records, support stock checks and replenishment.
• Quality, Safety & Processes: Ensure compliance with instructions, safety standards, internal procedures, continuously identify improvements.
• Communication & Escalation Management: Serve as first contact for operational topics, communicate with teams, clients, vendors, resolve challenges pragmatically.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, technical environments or data center operations with initial leadership.
• Organisational Skills & System Affinity: Structured approach, prioritise tasks, familiarity with warehouse/inventory/operational systems.
• Technical Know‑how: Skilled with tools, basic understanding of hardware, rack installation, cabling.
• Language Skills: Very good English for daily communication.
• Personality & Soft Skills: Responsible, proactive, supportive of team development, solution‑oriented, communicative, customer‑focused.
