Responsibilities

• You will lead and develop the Global Toy Testing Coordination team in Ravensburg while actively supporting day‑to‑day testing activities and projects.
• You will ensure efficient and compliant toy testing processes and continuously improve our global testing strategy, standards and ways of working.
• You will work closely with Technical Product Development, Product Compliance & Quality Assurance to integrate testing requirements into product development and sourcing processes.
• You will monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements to testing quality, lead times and costs.
• You will manage relationships with external laboratories and partners, ensuring reliable results, timely execution and effective problem solving.

Qualifications

• You bring experience in toy testing, product compliance, regulatory affairs or quality assurance, ideally supported by a scientific degree or a comparable qualification.
• You have a good understanding of toy safety requirements such as EN 71 and ASTM, or are keen to build expertise in this area.
• You enjoy leading and developing people and ideally have gained initial leadership experience.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills help you coordinate multiple priorities and work effectively across teams and functions.
• You are fluent in English and combine a structured, hands‑on approach with a focus on continuous improvement and practical solutions.
