Do you want to do more than just manage processes? Do you want to develop people and actively help shape the future of a key HR function? As the HR Payroll Team Lead (m/f/d), you’ll take charge of our payroll team at our location in Saarbrücken and, together with your colleagues, ensure a smooth and high-quality payroll process. In this role, you’ll keep a close eye on both operational processes and strategic developments, driving the continuous optimization and digitization of our payroll and time management processes. As the central point of contact, you’ll advise managers, employees, and internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to payroll, time management, and tax and social security law.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in human resources, business administration, or finance
• Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
• Initial leadership experience or proven experience in the technical management of teams or projects
• Knowledge of tax and social security law
• Ideally, experience working with SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central)
• A structured, solution-oriented, and independent work style
• A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and team spirit
