Your mission

We're building the engine that fuels our growth, and the Sales Development team is where it starts. As Team Lead Sales Development, you build, coach, and scale the SDR team from scratch. Working closely with our sales leads & founders, you turn a small team into a repeatable pipeline machine and set the standard for how revel8 opens conversations with the market.

How your day-to-day will look like:

Lead & Coach the Team: You hire, onboard, and develop our SDR team that generates the majority of our pipeline. You will be running 1:1s, ramping new joiners, and coaching on calls, messaging, and objection handling so every person on the team gets better every week.
Build the Outbound Engine: You design and refine our playbooks, sequences, targeting, and tooling. You turn what works into a repeatable, scalable process that new SDRs can pick up fast.
Own the Numbers: You set and hit pipeline targets, track the metrics that matter (activity, conversion, meeting quality), and give a clear, honest read on how the top of the funnel is performing.
Partner Cross-Functionally: You work closely with our Account Executives, marketing, and product teams to sharpen our ICP, tighten lead handoffs, and make sure the signals from the market flow back into the company.

Is it you we are looking for?

You...

have a strong track record and 3+ years experience in SaaS Sales: You've consistently built pipeline and know what great outbound looks like, ideally in B2B SaaS or another fast-paced environment.
bring first leadership experience: Whether formally as a team lead, or by mentoring, ramping, and setting the bar for peers. What matters is that you're ready to own a team, not the exact title you've held.
have a player-coach mindset: You're happy to stay hands-on in outbound while lifting the whole team up. You lead from the front, not just the sidelines.
are a builder: You love creating structure where there isn't any yet, think playbooks, sequences, processes. You thrive with the ownership that comes with an early-stage team.
are a motivated, goal-oriented self-starter: You take initiative, work independently, and are energized by ambitious targets.
are a excited about cybersecurity & AI: You're curious about how AI is transforming the security space and eager to rethink how security awareness is done.
are a tech-savvy: You're comfortable with modern sales tooling (CRM, sales engagement, automation) and keen to build a scalable outbound stack.
are a fluent in German (business proficient): German is a must, it's how you and your team win conversations across the DACH market. Good English helps you collaborate smoothly with our team.

Bonus

Experience building or scaling an SDR/BDR team from the ground up.
Background in cybersecurity or a technical B2B SaaS product.
Hands-on experience with a modern outbound stack (sales engagement platforms, enrichment, automation).
Knowledge of additional European languages, opening the door to further markets.
