Your responsibilities

• Disciplinary management of a five-person team and overall responsibility for group-wide sales controlling, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Controlling
• Close collaboration and business partnering with the executive board and senior management
• Management and monitoring of KPIs for the international sales division, including countermeasures and driver-based forecasting and scenario analyses
• Process optimisation, standardisation and harmonisation at an international level
• Digitalisation of reporting and processes, in particular the use of AI for analytics
• Rolling sales and working capital forecasts
• Optimisation and assurance of sales controlling processes in accordance with our Group guidelines
• Coordination of sales budget planning across the Group and alignment with Operations Controlling

Your profile

• Several years of professional and managerial experience in (sales) controlling at an international industrial company
• Expertise in implementing digital reporting solutions, with a strong affinity for data, BI and analytics tools
• Experience in change management
• Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools and SAP
• Business fluent in German and English
• Ability to explain complex interconnections in an understandable way
• Committed and proactive leader with strong communication skills, intercultural competence and a strong focus on management and implementation
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, entrepreneurial approach with a hands‑on mentality
• Confident manner and presentation skills
