Tech Lead (Cloud Development)

Our client is an established technology consultancy delivering innovative cloud solutions for some of Europe's leading industrial companies. We are looking for experienced Tech Leads who enjoy combining hands‑on software engineering with technical leadership.

Role

You’ll lead the technical delivery of modern cloud applications used in complex manufacturing environments while remaining actively involved in software development.

Tasks

• Leading development teams throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Designing scalable cloud architectures and modern software solutions
• Working closely with customers, architects and stakeholders
• Driving technical decisions and mentoring developers
• Contributing to innovative AI-driven solutions within manufacturing

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong JavaScript & TypeScript skills
• Experience with modern cloud technologies
• React and/or SAP experience beneficial
• Previous technical leadership or mentoring experience
• German (B2+) and English
