Tech Lead Software Engineer (Angular, Nest.js)

Tech Lead Software Engineer (Angular/Nest.js): Leading an international development team to build and maintain high-quality software solutions with an accent on technical strategy, code quality, and system reliability. Focus on mentoring developers, designing robust API integrations, and optimizing deployment processes within an Agile environment.

Location: Must be based in Poland, Moldova, Romania, or the LATAM region . Work format is hybrid (Kraków office available) or remote.

What you will do

• Take ownership of the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery that meets security standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through regular code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Champion code quality by enforcing best practices (SOLID, DRY) and leading refactoring initiatives.
• Partner with Product Owners to analyze requirements, estimate efforts, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with backend teams to design robust API integrations and maintain smooth data flow.
• Continuously improve development processes, focusing on CI/CD pipelines and system stability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience , including significant time in a Senior or Lead role.
• Deep proficiency in Angular (v2+) , TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
• Hands‑on experience with NestJS and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure ) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile values.
• Excellent English communication skills required for managing international stakeholders.
