We’re hiring: Technical Asset Manager (Germany) | K2MB Capital GmbH

K2MB Capital GmbH is looking for a senior Technical Asset Manager to drive technical performance and enforce capex discipline across a healthcare portfolio in Germany.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who brings both technical depth and commercial judgment .

Your focus

• Review and assess investment plans and technical measures
• Ensure cost discipline, transparency, and execution quality
• Act as a strong technical counterpart to external partners
• Identify and drive optimization opportunities

Your profile

• Senior experience in technical asset management, engineering, or construction
• Strong commercial mindset paired with technical expertise
• Ability to challenge and make decisions
• Experience with complex or operational assets is a plus
• Fluent in German and English
