Technical Asset Manager (m/f/d)

• Independent management of complex refurbishment and renovation projects across all project phases
• Coordination of external specialist planners, architects, surveyors and construction companies, with a focus on the sustainable and energy-efficient reorientation of assets
• Drawing up and monitoring project, schedule and cost plans
• Conducting tendering processes, awarding contracts and negotiating agreements
• Carrying out technical due diligence on properties being acquired and existing properties
• Developing economically viable repositioning and refurbishment strategies
• Working closely with Asset Management, Property Management and Investment Management
• Liaising with authorities, tenants and service providers, and reporting to senior management and investors

Your mission

Your profile

• A degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years’ professional experience in managing complex conversion and large-scale refurbishment projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction contract law (VOB), HOAI and relevant technical standards
• Experience in cost and project control
• Confidence in negotiations and strong communication skills
• A high degree of personal responsibility, strong decision‑making skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
