Technical Client Success Specialist (f/m/d) (Fully Remote)

• Act as the first point of contact for incoming technical support requests, providing professional and customer-focused assistance throughout the initial support experience.
• Triage, categorize, and prioritize incoming tickets according to urgency, complexity, and business impact, resolving straightforward issues and escalating complex ones.
• Maintain accurate and complete case records, communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
