Technical Consultant, APAC

Role Overview

We're hiring a Technical Consultant for Clio Operate in APAC to help establish and scale our Operate offering in the region. This is a foundational role where you'll shape how we implement, configure, and deliver our platform across enterprise customers in the market.

What You Will Do

Support 2nd and 3rd line technical escalations, investigate and resolve complex technical issues, build relationships with customers, and develop custom UI elements and workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SQL Server
• A solid understanding of OOP principles, and clean coding
• Comfort working directly with customers to gather requirements, explain technical concepts, and provide support
